Prepare frequencies, bandwidths, transmit power, antenna information and operating modes for the Taiwan market. Explain how modules are installed in the final host. NCC’s rules distinguish certain module arrangements, so integration conditions should be reviewed rather than treating a module approval as unrestricted authorization for any finished equipment.

• List antenna options and user-accessible radio settings.

Confirm the relevant technical rules and the recognized certification or testing arrangements. Compare existing reports with the required modes and product construction, then close the identified gaps. Keep a sample register so photographs, measurements and firmware versions can be traced to the same design throughout the assessment.

• Verify current technical editions before commissioning tests.

NCC’s conformity regulations identify technical documentation such as manuals, specifications, circuit or block diagrams, reports and product photographs, together with applicant information. Use consistent model identifiers and explain variants clearly. A document review should catch mismatched labels or outdated illustrations before they become formal assessment questions.

• Keep legal names and product names consistent across the file.

Review the applicable conformity identification and conditions once the route is complete. Connect labels and user information to the approved model and configuration. Where public records are available, compare the issued details with the actual product before distributors publish approval claims or place new orders under the same reference.

• Preserve approved artwork and its supporting approval record.

Antenna, RF hardware, firmware or host changes should be reviewed for their effect on coverage. Maintain a Taiwan-specific design baseline and involve compliance before releasing variants. BSMI electrical safety or other product requirements can apply alongside NCC, so the wireless assessment should form part of a coordinated market release plan.
